Facility Rentals

The Unitarian Universalist Church of Charlotte has several rooms available to rent for nonprofit and for-profit groups and weddings. Here are the specs for our top four rooms:

Freeman Hall
Size: 3000 square feet | Capacity: 290 without tables, 135 with tables
Includes access to: Sound System, 12 round tables, 18 rectangular tables ranging from 4’ to 8’, and 150 chairs
The kitchen is available for an additional $25.
Use of kitchen includes:
• 3 Ovens
• 8 range cook top
• 2 Dishwashers
• 2 Coffeemakers
• 2 Microwave Ovens
Fees: (All fees are for a usage period up to
6 hours)
Wedding Reception: $200
Non-Profit Meeting or Event: $150
For-Profit Meeting or Event: $300

Sanctuary
Size: 4000 Square Feet | Capacity: 245
Includes access to: Sound System and Piano & Organ (for an additional fee)
Price (All Fees are for a usage period up to
6 hours)
Wedding: starting at $350
Non-Profit Meeting or Event: $225
For-Profit Meeting or Event: $450

Bernstein Room
Size: 22’ x 22’ | Capacity: 45
Includes access to: Piano
(for a small additional fee)
Price (All Fees are for a usage period up to
6 hours)
Wedding: $200
Non-Profit Meeting or Event: $75
For-Profit Meeting or Event: $150

Conference Room
Size: 15’ x 17’ | Capacity: 18
Includes access to: Screen, TV, Conference
style seating
Price (All Fees are for a usage period up to
6 hours)
Non-Profit Meeting or Event: $50
For-Profit Meeting or Event: $75

There are several other smaller classrooms available.
All rentals may include additional applicable fees.
All UUCC members receive a discount.
