Facility Rentals

The Unitarian Universalist Church of Charlotte has several meeting rooms available for rent on a limited basis, accommodating up to 290 people. Our Wi-Fi-accessible rooms are available for both non-profit and for-profit meetings and events.  To secure a room, please submit a completed copy of our Usage Agreement to Office Administrator Alesia Hutto at least three weeks before your event.

Requests can take up to two weeks for review. Due to limited space, we can accept requests for one-time events and member weddings only.  Please call 704-366-8623 for more information.

Size: 3000 square feet | Capacity: 290 without tables, 135 with tables

Includes access to: sound system, 17 round tables, 16 rectangular tables ranging from 4 feet to 6 feet and 135 chairs and a kitchen

Audio equipment usage fee: up to $50

Includes access to: screen, large flatscreen monitor, conference-style seating

Audio equipment usage fee: up to $50
Non-profit meeting or event: $50 (up to 4 hours)
For-profit meeting or event: $100 (up to 4 hours)

 

Several other smaller meeting rooms are also available. All rentals may be subject to additional fees. Please see the Usage Agreement for more details. UUCC members receive the lowest published rates.
