Summer Camps

Open Door Camps are NAEYC accredited and follow a Progressive Philosophy.

Each day will include outside time on our beautiful shaded playgrounds, center-based free choice, open-ended art projects, music, and age appropriate stories. There may also be opportunities for woodworking, yoga, and more.
Progressive curriculum is left loose so it may be adjusted to the children’s interests.

Weeks Offered:
Children will be grouped by age: 3-5 year olds and 6-8 year olds.

June 4-8: Ages Three to Five (Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools are still in session this week.)

June 18-22: Ages Three to Eight

June 25-29: Ages Three to Eight

July 9-13: Ages Three to Eight

Children are to bring a bag lunch each day.
Creative freedom is messy! Make sure your child is dressed accordingly.

Tuition Information:

There is a one-time registration fee of $25 per child.

Tuition is $110 per week (UUCC members and current ODS families may take 10% off).
