Your UUCC staff would like to remind you that spam and spoofed emails and texts are pervasive these days. If you receive a text or email that purports to be from someone you know asking for money, inviting you to an unexpected party, requesting that you urgently get in touch, or that otherwise seems suspicious, check the phone number or email address. There is a good chance that the message is not legitimate.

A Board subcommittee was tasked with developing a non-discrimination policy which clearly states that all are welcome to UUCC activities and public spaces. The Board also identified which areas of our building are public and which are private. This policy was presented at the Board’s March meeting and, after discussion, was approved unanimously. It is hard not to notice that the Memorial Endowment Trust Grant Awards are having a big impact at the UUCC. In the month of November 2025, three major grants were executed that have greatly affected the operations and aesthetics of the UUCC.

The Board of Trustees recently sought participant feedback organized around the five major themes that were synthesized from all of the prior ENDS monitoring listening sessions. Across these themes, participants reflected on the current realities within the congregation —both positive and negative— and envisioned possibilities for the near future. Here is what they heard.
