Open Door School Managing Team

he Open Door School Managing Team (ODS MT) manages the ODS, including hiring, supporting and supervising the ODS Director. The Team is composed of eight members: the ODS Director (ex-officio), ODS Family Community Association representative, UUCC Director of Administration and five at-large UUCC members. MT members take responsibility in one of several areas: finance, personnel and communications. The Unitarian Universalist Community of Charlotte Board approves all member appointments to the Managing Team.
